Luis and his wife have spent the past 10 years purchasing homes built between the years of 1918 to 1980 and renovating room-by-room to maintain the character of the house style & time period, while marrying today’s function and aesthetic to create a beautiful custom space. Together we design and build, to marry the old with the new; modernizing & enhancing existing spaces while amplifying functionality in the space.

LUIS ALVAREZ | Once a one-man show, Luis used to execute every aspect of the projects and build himself - every nail was hammered by him, and every shower was grouted by him. Now, Luis has built up a trustworthy small but mighty team of experts in their crafts to work alongside him to bring the best quality in a timely manner for his clients. With Luis’ background in project management, and his understanding of the trades from his own experience, he understands first hand the need to find a contractor that understands the dance of maintaining quality, and timing expectations for a project in your families home.

Our team works at all different scales - whether it be simply building a custom cabinet or mudroom lockers… to renovating an entire home, we work with our clients to meet the needs and clearly outline the timing, budget and outcome that we are looking for.
